I tailor all my exercise programs around each individuals’ specific physical abilities, restrictions, and goals. I do not provide a one-size-fits-all program with the latest trendy exercises.
Some of my clients have been meeting with me at the same time every week for years. Others clients have work or travel schedules that require appointment times to constantly change. If I do not initially have your ideal appointment time/day available for you, I suggest we get started working together anyway. Appointment time slots open up all the time and once a client gets started training with me, he/she usually settles into a satisfactory schedule.
I do not require that you pay for a large number of appointments in advance. In the beginning, I ask that you pay for 4 sessions up front to allow you sufficient time to see how I can help you. After that initial payment, all that I require is that you always have one appointment paid for in advance, to reserve your appointment time.

I do this for many of my clients. There are many ways to “skin a cat” and there are many ways to work the same muscles with different equipment or with common non-exercise items you may have around your home.
I have been training for 17 years now. Some of my very first clients are still training with me and are nearly 20 years older now. Exercise requirements for people evolve over time, due to many factors. Injuries, health conditions, surgeries, and aging all require adjustments to any exercise program. I feel very comfortable working with any age adult and modifying exercise as necessary. I specialize in training “seasoned citizens” because I enjoy how they appreciate the quality of life improvements that exercise provides them. I design programs that include functional exercises that provide strength, endurance, and balance for their specific daily activities. That is my goal for every client, regardless of age.
I meet each client where he/she currently stands. I can accommodate a person who has very little balance and needs to exercise from a chair, or who needs to begin strength training with light elastic bands or simply his/her body weight, or the de-conditioned client with heart disease, or someone who is experienced in exercise and lifts very heavy weights. I can simplify and modify each exercise to benefit any client.
Lean and muscular abdominals do not occur from doing one program of a few core exercises. “Six-pack abs” are difficult to achieve, even for the most dedicated exerciser and dieter. I provide well-rounded programs that include cardiorespiratory and strength exercises in addition to effective weight loss advice. Regularly working with me can help you become strong, lean, and healthy.
